Please allow up to 48 hours to process your order. All orders to the continental USA are shipped by FEDEX ground.

Your cushn seat will be off to you within 3 - 5 business days. On occasion we may be out of the color your looking for..... we will let you know but we always ship within the week. We make them, use them and sell them in the Pacific Northwest and since we all live here we absolutely do our best. We must be pretty good at it since we've been in business since 1983. If you happen to be in the area in the Fall you can find us at the Evergreen State Fair or the Puyallup Fair.....

Remember we guarantee your cushn for all manufacture defects for the usable life of the product. Break it and we will gladly repair it for free.... well almost free, you'll need to pay to ship it to us.

And since we want you to be happy with your purchase..... if you decide you just don't want or need a product and you haven't used the item within 30 days of purchase then we will be happy to have your return. Happens next to never, but on the OFF chance you need to return your product this is what you need to do.

Important: Before returning merchandise please email us for a return authorization. Items returned without authorization are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Write "Return Authorization Number" on the outside of the package as well as the return address.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We recommend using insurance for your return shipment.

Standard Product Warranty
(applies to all products unless stated otherwise):

We will repair or replace, at our option, to the original purchase or, any new part or component which, upon return and inspection, proves to be defective in materials or workmanship for the specified warranty period from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or Acts of God, and cannot be honored if the item has been modified from its original state or operated in disregard of the instructions provided. Our liability in all cases is limited to the repair/replacement of any defective part.

Additional Warranties

30-day Return Privilege and Satisfaction Guarantee: Applies to all orders from this web site. The refund amount is equal to your merchandise cost (the amount you paid less our actual shipping cost), and you must return the merchandise in its original packaging and condition at your expense. Important: Before returning merchandise please email us for a return authorization. Items returned without authorization are subject to a 20% restocking charge. PLEASE NOTE: This Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to items returned in other than original condition or showing signs of use, in which case returns will be subject to an adjustment of up to 50% of purchase price. The 30 day return policy does not apply to products which have been modified to meet your needs.

ALL REFUNDS are issued through the original method of payment:

You must include a copy of the original purchase receipt clearly showing the customer information, seller information, items warranted and purchase date. Be sure to provide a return shipping address, email address and a daytime phone number.

Upon verification and inspection, the repaired part or an equivalent replacement will be returned to sender, freight prepaid, for limited term warranties. A nominal delivery charge (currently $7 per item) applies to lifetime warranty shipments. No reimbursements will be made for repairs by customers or third parties, or any other unauthorized repair or modification. Note that any unauthorized repair or modification may
invalidate your warranty for any thereby affected parts.
