Although our lawyers insist that we use certain language and make certain exceptions, the fact is that if you have a legitimate problem anytime, we want to help, and we usually can. Standard Product Warranty
(applies to all products unless stated otherwise):

We will repair or replace, at our option, to the original purchase or, any new part or component which, upon return and inspection, proves to be defective in materials or workmanship for the specified warranty period from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or Acts of God, and cannot be honored if the item has been modified from its original state or operated in disregard of the instructions provided. Our liability in all cases is limited to the repair/replacement of any defective part.

Additional Warranties

30-day Return Privilege and Satisfaction Guarantee: Applies to all orders from this web site. The refund amount is equal to your merchandise cost (the amount you paid less our actual shipping cost), and you must return the merchandise in its original packaging and condition at your expense. Important: Before returning merchandise please email us for a return authorization. Items returned without authorization are subject to a 20% restocking charge. PLEASE NOTE: This Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to items returned in other than original condition or showing signs of use, in which case returns will be subject to an adjustment of up to 50% of purchase price. The 30 day return policy does not apply to products which have been modified to meet your needs.

Return Shipments To: After receiving a return authorization through an email request.

Please include the following information:
1. The invoice number if you have it.
2. The "Bill To" person's name.
3. Phone number please
4. Email Address
5. And the reason for the return.

Write "Return Authorization Number" on the outside of the package as well as the return address.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We recommend using insurance for your return shipment.

Credit will be issued within 20 days of receipt of the returned merchandise

30-day Best Price Guarantee: If you find a lower price, including shipping and taxes, for any product manufactured by NW Pacific Crest Industries ordered from this website within thirty days, just send us a copy of the offer and we will refund the difference.

ALL REFUNDS are issued through the original method of payment:

You must include a copy of the original purchase receipt clearly showing the customer information, seller information, items warranted and purchase date. Be sure to provide a return shipping address, email address and a daytime phone number.

Upon verification and inspection, the repaired part or an equivalent replacement will be returned to sender, freight prepaid, for limited term warranties. A nominal delivery charge (currently $7 per item) applies to lifetime warranty shipments. No reimbursements will be made for repairs by customers or third parties, or any other unauthorized repair or modification. Note that any unauthorized repair or modification may
invalidate your warranty for any thereby affected parts.
